  1. 40:30'ish. I was slow on this one but it didn't feel like it at the time. 20lb kick backs, box jumps, 20 lb slam balls, weighted vest lunges, 15lb and 12 lb dumbbell squat with press, rower, 25 lb sumos,

  2. 32:38. Did 12 # wall ball, 20# slam, 25# sumo, rowed, box step ups--on elevated box, 20# TCKB, and walking lunges with the vest. This one was so draining.

    20lb kick backs, box jumps, 20lb slam ball, weighted vest lunges, rowed, 12lb wall ball, 25lb sumos. felt like a long one..
