39:23 knee push ups, 25 kballs, and 4 rounds of 25 each. Rowed whole thing , 2000m first then 1200m at the end.
45:28: so hard! Did all the cardio in 400 meter chunks spaced out between the rest ( 4 bike, 3 row, one ski). Push-ups on knees, 1/2 TTB and 1/2 KTE, 25# KB.

44:30 split up Mile with half row half ski erg- 4 rounds of 25 except 5 rounds of 20 KTE. 20 lb tri kick backs instead of kettle bells.
43 or 44 minutes. Used my Fitbit, so not very precise. I am wicked sore today. Did 60 burpees, 40 push ups. 30 lb KB. Ran 2x to Elizabeth and back.
