Labor Day workout!

1 mile cardio
20 rounds
5 KTE or TTB
5 Burpees or push ups
5 Kettle bell
1 mile cardio

you need to do a total of 100 reps of each move so if you want to do 10 rounds of 10 reps you can.

  2. 39:23 knee push ups, 25 kballs, and 4 rounds of 25 each. Rowed whole thing , 2000m first then 1200m at the end.

  3. 45:28: so hard! Did all the cardio in 400 meter chunks spaced out between the rest ( 4 bike, 3 row, one ski). Push-ups on knees, 1/2 TTB and 1/2 KTE, 25# KB.

    I misread the board and did 4 x 1600m of cardio (!) - all rowing

  6. 45:03 800m ski, 800m row. 5 rnds of 20 reps. 850 row, 750 ski. hard but it was a good upper body wo!

  7. 44:30 split up Mile with half row half ski erg- 4 rounds of 25 except 5 rounds of 20 KTE. 20 lb tri kick backs instead of kettle bells.

  8. 43 or 44 minutes. Used my Fitbit, so not very precise. I am wicked sore today. Did 60 burpees, 40 push ups. 30 lb KB. Ran 2x to Elizabeth and back.
