November Core Challenge

You need to complete 5,000 core moves in the month of November.

You shouldn't do the same moves every day, mix it up. Mountain climbers, toes to bar, knees to elbow, sit ups with the ball, mason twists. Back extensions and good mornings also count.
It equals out to be about 167 moves a day so you don't want to get behind. You can do your reps at home, in the office, bedroom, gym, etc ;-)

We can keep track of our reps on the blog if you want.
1 minute Plank =  40 reps.
1 min superman= 40 reps

Any crossfit workout even if it doesn’t have a specific ab move counts as 50 because almost all moves in CF help with your core.

  4. Nov 2: 28 TTB, 50 for wo, 3 (1min) plank, 1 (1min) superman= 238, for 463 total MTD. Trying to catch up to Dawn!

    20 (each side) Russian twists (x2), 20 leg lifts (x2), 1 min plank (x2), 30 second side plank each sides (x2)= 180 total, MTD= 1635

    2. I couldn't publish this weekend from my phone this weekend, but I did core in my hotel room (1 min plank (x5), 20 leg lifts, 20 reg sit-ups), for 240. This morning with my trainer we did 40 side plank switch ups, 40 glute bridge raises, 20 surrenders and 2 (1 min) superman for 180. MTD is now 2190.
