  5. 29:53 I am glad I revved it up at the end, I didn't realize I had done this one and had a time to beat! I biked all 5 rounds, and did almost half of all pull-ups with one band, ended the last six with 2 bands each round.

  8. 28:57 used 2 pink bands for 4 rounds, then 1 band last round. Rowed all 5 rounds. ALMOST beat my time by a minute!

  9. 27:19. We were just saying this morning that none of us had done this one, and this is my 5th time doing it- I must subconsciously like this one. I rowed 2x, biked 3x, only ONE blue band for pull-ups, woo hoo!
