  2. 26:26 - 20lb snatches, all 5 row, 45lb press, only 7 burpee pullups per round for me!! Oops, also just noticing the 7 snatches per arm. I did 10 total per round; how did I screw that one up?? :)

  3. 36:27 bikes twice rowed one. 20 lb for snatches and used Bosu to assist with pull-ups
    I should be able to beat this time going forward!!!!

  4. 31:45. 20 # snatches, started with 38# PP but went down to 33# after two rounds, uses the bosu ball for pull-ups, skied 3, biked 2.

  5. 25:54, that was tough!! I did it exactly the same way. Great job Alecia and Amy!! Alecia you went up on jumping pull ups (bosu ball is way easier),snatches and probably press weight.

  8. 26:40, no idea why it took me 10 min longer last time haha. Did plates instead of bosu, biked twice rowed twice and skied once. Upped my weight to 25# on snatches and 45# for push press.
