2 min plank
Ski 1/2 mile
30 TTB or KTE
Row 1/2 mile or ski 1/2 mile
100 partner wall ball sit ups or 50 wb sit ups by yourself

kind of like a TriAthlon

  1. 33:24- I thought this might take a really long time but it wasn't bad. Nancy and I started w the partner wb sit ups. I ski'd the second 1/2 mile.
