  1. Wow! hard. It was suppose to be just one round which we all finished the first round in about 13 min so we did 2 rounds. OH walk lunge are super hard! 33lb bar. Was written as 25lb bumper for woman but because we are 7th ave CF we all push the limits ;) I biked one and rowed one. Great job Nancy and Alecia!

  2. 28:32. Biked both rounds, 30# weight for lunges, which sucked after single leg squats yesterday!

  3. 26:46 Biked both rounds, 33# bar for overhead squats (no lunges) ~ my shoulders are not working! Going to be super sore tomorrow, but so worth it! I liked this one.

  5. 25:26 rowed all cardio. 1 of 4 overhead lunges with 30lb bar but then changed to round disc for 3 rounds (not sure of weight?) felt really unbalanced with the bar/back hurt - excuses excuses... :-)
