  1. 25:53. my legs were so sore today so this was perfect! I used the 12lb ball for 1b sit ups, 2 rounds did all 15 TTB in a row

  2. 25:09 everything same as Chelle, but I did 5 TTB/10 KTE each round. This was a fun off the cuff workout we just made up!

  6. I did this twice now. First time got 25: something. Today I think I got a PR, but the timer stopped half way through. :(

  7. My first time doing this one, and was bummed the timer stopped, I 'think" around 21-22 min? I did 5 TTB then 10 KTE, working on getting stronger for TTB. This was fun!
