  1. this was suppose to be 45min but we weren't sure if that would be too much. I think next time we will push it to 40 min. I got 4 complete rounds and 238 meters of rowing to start my 5th round. My sequence was row, rope, ski, burpees.

  2. I ran all cardio and did burpees. Almost got to 4 rounds. 4 rounds minus 2 burpees!! Next time, burpees, I'll get cha.

  3. Rowed all cardio. Did 2 rope per round. Got 3 rounds and rope, 1 row, burpees and then 223m row at end.
