Cash out- 400m run with 20lb vest and 300 jump rope

    7 rounds + 4 BJ. on the AMRAP. 55lb PP, TTB.

  2. My time was like a minute longer than Chelle’s, rowed 100 cal, 6 rounds (TTB without putting my toes down between each one), step up with riser, 33# PP-could go up a little. Fun one.
