29:13 (thank you Chelle). Pretty sure I rowed 4 biked 1 round.15lb plate overhead for walking lunges.15lb tri kickbacks.10lb ball weighted sit-ups (did 15 sit-ups instead of 10).
22:30 Only did 4 rounds because I had to get to work! Run 1 time, row 3x, 33lb bar and 10lb weighted sit-ups.
