    Pretty sure I rowed 4 biked 1 round.
    15lb plate overhead for walking lunges.
    15lb tri kickbacks.
    10lb ball weighted sit-ups (did 15 sit-ups instead of 10).

    Run 1 time, row 3x, 33lb bar and 10lb weighted sit-ups.
