  4. 35:38- biked, biked, row, ski, ski. Each round I did 10 GHD sit ups and the rest 12lb ball on my chest. all wall balls

  5. 36:46, row, bike, row, bike, ski. 12# WB, 12# weighted sit-ups—1/2 time ball on my chest, 1/2 time straight up. Did 10 GHD sit-ups twice instead of weighted sit-ups.
