  1. LA 16:20 - 15lb oh, 20 kb, 25 lb bicep curls for push ups, ring pulls for pull ups - fast but tough!!

    I poked my eye out with the jump rope, farted on Kim, received a vagina wedgie from the pull up bands, but I'm alive to talk about it!!! 😂
