    25 lb kettle (need to go to 30)
    Could only do 10 elbows knees (need to try for 15 next time) did 20 mountain climbers

  4. You did awesome LA!! I wanted to make a note- this is a good one because a lot of times I do core/ab wo and I don't get that sore, I got really sore from this one!
