Did good mornings instead of back extensions 25 lb kettle (need to go to 30) Could only do 10 elbows knees (need to try for 15 next time) did 20 mountain climbers
You did awesome LA!! I wanted to make a note- this is a good one because a lot of times I do core/ab wo and I don't get that sore, I got really sore from this one!

28:48 - 20 lb kb - gm - did all KTE except one round w/ 10 mountain climbers!
