35 minutes cuz I started before the timer. Did 50 of the lunges with 15 lb weights in each hand. 45 on the Sumos. Ouch my buns hon!
37:10. 2 rows/3 speed-walks, 15lb sumos, 20 step-ups in place of BJ, 50 walk lunges.
32:35 it was a hard night not sure how I came up the energy but you girls made it fun! 45 lb sumo, rowed all 5 rounds
