  3. I did almost 4 rounds. Only did 10 TTB on 4th and last round. Also only did 20 minutes! 45 lbs.

    25 min (started late) 4 rounds plus presses, GHD, BJ, farmer carry (no rowing)
    33 lb presses (did 45 on the last round)
    35 lb farmer on first round, 45 lb on the rest
    BJ on the shorter box
