There was suppose to be 6 of us today but ended up only being Chelsea and I. I hope everyone feels better. Chelsea hurt her ankle last night so this ended up being a good one for her, we had fun! I did the top wo and rowed all 5 rounds. 38:08. Back to back TTB and KTE was tough!!
did the second workout. 12 lb for GM, 12 lb for wb sit ups, was actually able to do KTE today! and beat my time by 7 mins! 37:40 originally, 30:40 today
Did this wo 2x in a row. First on Saturday with the guys. I did 3 rounds: 400M Row; 25 Sumos @ 12# (vs KTE/TTB); 50 GM (first round 14#; 2-3 round 12#); 20 WB Sit; 25 OH sit w/#5 - time 37:35
2nd wo - I did 3 rounds: 400M Row; 20 Sumos @ 20# (vs KTE/TTB); 50 GM (6# - I'm sore still); 20 WB Sit; 25 OH sit w/#7 for 1/2 and 5# for half - time 32:48
33:35 I wasn't sure I was getting much from this months ab challenge but this proves I am. 3 minute PR! Did it the same- 1 row and 4 bikes. Great job on your PR Amy!!
