AMRAP 20 min
50 DU or 150 singles (20 pull ups if you don't like jump rope)
100M walking lunges or 80 in place
100 MT climbers- both legs = 1 rep

  2. 2 rounds + situps, jump rope and 35 gob squats. (started with situps, 1st round did 50 unanchored with 12lb ball, 2nd round did 50 12lb mason twists, 3rd round did 25 reg unanchored and 25 unanchored w 12lb ball). 20lb goblet squat
