pull ups instead of jump rope. 2 rounds in 20 mins plus 40 lunges
2 rounds + situps, jump rope and 35 gob squats. (started with situps, 1st round did 50 unanchored with 12lb ball, 2nd round did 50 12lb mason twists, 3rd round did 25 reg unanchored and 25 unanchored w 12lb ball). 20lb goblet squat
2 rounds + 100 more singles. Need to try to do those mt climbers w/out stopping!
