Beth picked this one off the board today so her and I did it together. We both tried to stick with the same reps every round. I did 8 reps of burpees and 9 reps of thruster, 45lb bar.
This is Mary's post she is new to all this posting and accidently posted it to the wrong workout :-)you are doing awesome!! 30 lb bar for thrusters and 7 was my max and most consistent burpee count. I started at 12 thrusters and maxed out at 15. I have work to do..
I was between 5 and 6 burpees each time, the max was 9. used 45lb bar for thruster which was a little much. i got about 5 thrusters in with 45lb and on 30? lb bar i did 8 reps

ReplyDeleteInverted burpees and bicep curls (not thrusters b/c of shoulder). about 9 burpees every round and 10-11 bicep curls.
