Chipper- I liked this one!
pick 3 moves from the list and add weight (moves that normally don't have weight- ex: lunge, sit ups, bke ext, bj, etc)
50 walk lunge steps
25 pull ups
50 BJ
150 jump rope
50 bk ext
50 tri cept w/dumbbell
50 KTE
50 WB
100 sit ups
5 rope climbs or 50 bi cept curls

  1. It was just Beth and I today, it was a fun one and beautiful outside! I wore the 20lb vest for walk lunges, 25lb plate for bk ext, 12lb ball for sit ups. I guess I did a little extra credit and wore the 20lb vest for the rope climbs. I think LA should wear the weight vest when she does her pull ups!! weigh her down a bit, LOL!

  2. 33:25. Added 1-2lb weights to step-ups (okay, you can all laugh now☺️), 8lb ball sit-ups for 50, 16lbs to the walking lunges. Swapped out GHD/WB sit-ups for TTB. BTW, Chelle climbed the rope 5 times with the weight vest - it was psycho cool!!!!

  3. 27:15 - 30lb back squats instead of lunges. tried 1 pull up with 20lb weight vest - uh hard! 20lb good mornings. 15lb tris - 50 25lb calf raises instead of wb. situps with 12lb ball. 24lb bicep curls instead of rope climbs.

    3 band pull ups (tried 2 and literally couldn't move myself)
    25 lb bk ext (for 10) and 10 lb (for 40)
    15 lb tricep
    14 lb wb
    8 lb sit up (had sore abs from the day before, couldn't do 12)
    24 lb bicep
