  3. Got 3 rounds plus GHDs and 30 sumos. Did DUs for 2 rounds. Those are hard because I can't quite get 2 in a row yet! 10# plate for GHDs. 35 lb sumos.

  5. 3 rounds (rowed instead of run) + 400 m row, 100 jump ropes. Used 10 # for GHDs and 25# for sumo.

  6. 4 rounds + 112 m bike. I ran first round and biked the other rounds. I did wall ball sit ups instead of ghd. Did a lot of those last week. 45lb sumo and DU's. Great workout Dawn!!

  7. 3 full rounds plus 20 abs. I rowed, did 15# OHSU (All!); 20# sumos - that felt hard for some reason. But I was doing 20# before, so hmmm. I did 20# Good Mornings vs the jump rope.
