This kicked my butt! 40:45 +14:56 = 55:01 I did 3 rounds of Rowing and 5 rounds of Abs (3 @ 10# OHSU and 2 @ 20#Good Mornings). Then I came home (cause EVERYONE was done!) and did the 2000M (1.24 miles) on my elliptical.
Did this one again. Rowed all 5,000 Meters, got through 210 Ab moves. I didn't keep track of time. I might try to get the other 90 moves in later today.

Delete38:17. 10 rounds of 500m row/625 bike and 30ab moves. 6 bikes/4 rows. Abs included GHD, WB sit-ups, mason twists, sit-ups, bench crunches.
