  1. 23:05 I originally had 100 cal ski erg but Amy and I decided to measure it so I started on the rope climbs while she skied and that is how we came up with 30 cal.I did 33lb OH lunges.

  2. 24:21 but added 4 sets of abs. Didn't see second set of wall balls. Did 1000 meters on bike instead of jump rope

  3. 23:55. I towed 30 calories instead of the rope/ski erg. 12lb WB, 30 lunges with 16lbs and 30 lunges with 24lbs.

    14lb wb
    step back lunges holding 2 20lb weights
    Couldn't read the board well and did 60 cal of skiing
    Also was by myself and timing on my phone and I accidentally turned it off, so I'm not sure about the real time.

  7. 25:24 Did 33lb OH walking lunges. Can't believe I did 10 rope climbs without splitting them up. Yah! Was so hard. Wall balls were exhausting!!
