30 min EMOM
Min 1- 15 KB
Min 2- 15 Goblet Squats
Min 3- 20 BJ - jumps or step ups with the platform under the box to make it higher
Min 4- 20 WB sit ups
Min 5- 15 Bk ex w/25 lb plate or 30lb good mornings
Min 6- 10 burpees or 10 pull ups
