  2. 27:54 - 43lb bsquat 1st round, then 33lb. situps w/12lb ball - rowed all. pulls ups got tough last 18!

  3. 30:15- I liked this one, I can do 18 reps of anything all day long, LOL. I could have probably done heavier bk squats but I was already fairly sore so I just did 55 lb. 15 lb OH sit up, could have done heavier on those too but decided not to push it today. Good wo!
