Happy Birthday Amy!
Partners- while your partner performs the reps you do cardio and then you switch.
42 reps of everything
ski-burpees
row-wall balls
bike-back squats
ski-sit ups w/lb
row-TTB
bike-push press
That was fun! Had to sub a lot of stuff with my hand injury. Did GHD sit-ups with10 lbs, backward burpees (hard!), back squats with 65lbs, good mornings with 30 lb ball, sit-ups with 12 lb ball.
Even stronger than last year Amy!! I changed out the bk squats for thrusters this time. I did 50lb thrusters and 55lb push press. Stephanie was my partner.
Happy Birthday Amy! My partner was the bday girl and Carol. I did 60 lb (after 5 with a lighter bar) back lunges, 50# PP, and 33 GHD, 10 TTB (big ab wo yesterday w/ lots of TTB), 12# lb sit-ups, and 14# WB. This was definitely harder than my bday wo ;)
Thanks to everyone who helped me celebrate! I’m sore already. I did 1/2 my thrusters with 43# but then had to go to 38#, 1/2 GHD and 1/2 TTB, 38# PP, 12# sit-ups, 12# WB. Alecia and Carol were my impressive partners!
