EMOM for 27 minutes
Min 1- 10 bk squats
Min 2- 2 rope or 10 pull ups
Min 3- 10 presses

Reps are low so you should make it heavy. This is more of a weight lifting wo than cardio.

    My poor little arms only got 4-5 each round on press/pull up.

    55# BS
    2 band-pull-ups
    43# push press on the first two round and 38# on the last 4 rounds
