how ever much time you have left in the 5 min perform as many
Dead lifts or rope climbs or push press

your score is your total reps

  1. rowed and did rope 3 rounds- total rope was 11
    biked and 55lb push press 2 rounds- total PP was 48 reps

    So next time I need to get at least 12 rope and 49 PP to get a PR.

  2. Rowed 3x and 42 push presses with 45 lbs. Biked 2x and climbed rope 6 times! That was really hard. When is Crossfit NOT hard.
