30 double-unders
15 pull-ups (I think 10 pull ups is enough)
30 squats
100-m sprint
Rest 2 minutes

You can do the 2 min rest or not. Make sure you record whether you did it or not cause that will impact your time.

  2. 33:25 no breaks. single jump rope, ran. I only did 20 squats per round cause my legs just keep getting too sore (I know I am a wuss)Fun Saturday workout

  3. 35:08 Did 5 or 6 round of pull-ups. The rest did push-ups. Took mostly 1 minute ish breaks. Some longer some shorter.
