We all started with 10min plank. With a 10min timer running we held plank as long as we could. When we had to rest we did 5 burpees or 5 ghds. I did 2 rounds of ghd and 3 rounds of burpees I think. Then Steph, Amy and I did #3. 10:45 (I did 2 rounds of 20 ghd and one round of wb sit ups, no LB sit ups). #1 got 4 rounds and 10 cal. (2 bike, 1 ski,2 row)
Only did 5 ghd sit-ups between planks, burpees for the rest. Did the 3 rounds In 9:40 so beat my time! For 10 min AMRAP I rowed 2x biked 2x and got 4 rounds I’m plus 3.5 calories. I also did mostly TTB instead of KTE this time!!
