  2. 38:36. Started first 20 squats with 45lb bar then upped my game to 55lb for remaining squats. 20lb vest and biked all three rounds

  3. 35:31 . There was a time under this workout on the board that was 28:35 so I was so freaked out as to why it was taking me so much longer this time. But that time was for another workout, sure made me work harder. Step ups are brutal!!
