  1. Did 12 full rounds but had to use 12# dumbbells - butt too sore. 100 sit-ups buyin but no cardio.

  2. Did 11 rounds and 5 additional squats with 20# DB's. Bought in with 50 calorie bike, and was so wiped after forgot to do the sit-ups!

  3. 9:30 minutes for 10 rounds. Finished 12 rounds in 15 minutes. Laid on the floor after 10 rounds because I thought it was OVER. Oops. 25lb dumbbells - so hard!

  4. I did 18.2.2-
    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,(4 of the 8) with the 30lb dumbells. (4 of 8), 9, 10 with the 25lb dumbells. 10.6 cal on the bike. Very hard!!!
