45lb thruster- I got through round 15 and did 13 of the 18 thrusters. Hard!!
30# thruster, round 15 plus 15 thrusters. Super sore from other workouts this week, should be easy to beat. 1 band for pull-ups for first 2 rounds, then 2 bands for the rest.
24lb thruster - Got through 15 thrusters and 6/15 pullups! Very hard!
I think I got through round 15 plus maybe 4 additional thrusters. 45lbs
