  2. 19:09 25lb snatch right, 20lb snatch left. Used 33 for first round and half of second round, random bar due to availability.
    Was fun! I think I can PR that!

  3. 24:05 I didn't jump rope, instead did 200 box step ups. (25 each set). 25# snatch and I did most pull-ups with 2 bands. 30# bar for OH squats.
