  1. 32:44 total time. Rowed and then biked. I got 7 rounds plus 15 WB on my 8th round. Very hard workout!! Its been on the board for months decided to finally do it. Thanks Alecia for suffering with me!

  2. 32:49 total time. Biked both rounds. I got 7 rounds and 19 wall balls. This was super hard- like, 159 Wall Balls, seriously?!??

    1. Just to make a note for next time you alternated pull ups and slam balls each round. probably a better idea than doing all squats.

    2. Truth! I started with pull ups (2 bands, boo) and would have finished with SB. 4 rounds of pull-ups, 3 rounds of SB's. Our butts love squats!

  3. 34:09 6# WB but got up to 10+ each throw, pull-ups with two bands :-/. Rowed both ends. A barfer!
