32:44 total time. Rowed and then biked. I got 7 rounds plus 15 WB on my 8th round. Very hard workout!! Its been on the board for months decided to finally do it. Thanks Alecia for suffering with me!
32:49 total time. Biked both rounds. I got 7 rounds and 19 wall balls. This was super hard- like, 159 Wall Balls, seriously?!??
Just to make a note for next time you alternated pull ups and slam balls each round. probably a better idea than doing all squats.
Truth! I started with pull ups (2 bands, boo) and would have finished with SB. 4 rounds of pull-ups, 3 rounds of SB's. Our butts love squats!
34:09 6# WB but got up to 10+ each throw, pull-ups with two bands :-/. Rowed both ends. A barfer!

In the 15 min did 6 rounds plus 10 WB extra
