  1. 31:28 - rowed all, did 6lb wb for all except 15lb sb for 10, 12lb w situp, 20lb GM. Beth wanted to get her abs in so she came up with this over the 50, 40, 30 etc...! It was hard!

  2. 30:00 Not actually sure of the real time. Did 30 and 20 bike, rowed all other rounds. I did the 20lb slam balls for 60 and wall balls for 50. Did 50 GHDs and 60 GMs.

  3. 31:59 - rowed all; did half WB (14lb) and half SB (15lb); did 10lb plate weighted situps; and regular situps in place of GHD/GM. (Thanks for posting LA!)
