Thank you Laura for the 40lb kettle bell, that will be great for sumos and Alecia for the 25lb dumbbell's. Everyone is getting so strong!!

  1. So I drove to St. John today to do CF! I really enjoyed the partner wo they gave us. We may want to do this one at home:

    For Time:
    100 KB swings
    100 HR pushups (hand release)

    7 Min AMRAP
    5 pull ups (I used one band, thicker than our blue one though)
    5 burpees
    I completed 7 rounds and 2 burpees

    15 min AMRAP (partner)
    200m Farmer Carry (35# total)
    200m OHPW (25#)

    1. I did the KB swings/Pushups in 9:25 (I think sea level helps)
      Also, the farmer carry and the Overhead Plate Walk - you and your partner walk this together, switching between the two exercises (no rest)
