25:30. 35# KB, did PUs both times instead of burpees. TTB. Tough!
24:15- legs still really sore so did KB instead of BK squat. Hard but fun!
26:53: sore legs too so did 25# KB instead, pull-ups with 2 bands.
25:25 35lb KB instead of back squats.
