40 sit ups/ 20 ghd sit ups
20 burpees
10 pull ups
30 sec bar hold or 20 ring pulls

  1. 30:45 GHDs for two reps, one band pull-ups, and bar hangs. Good overall. GHDs are a killah!

  2. 31:33. Did sit-ups each time not GHD. Used only one blue band for pull-ups. Burpees were killin me!

  3. 30:18 ~ GHD all, bar hangs, 3 band pullups. This one is tough with all of the burpees!

  5. 35:05: Did GHD for 4 rounds and sit-up for one. Pull ups w/ two bands and did 10 ring pulls and hang on the bar for 10 seconds.
