  1. Note for next time- I think we might have only done 7 rounds of sit ups
    Heather- 287 large/med band pull ups, 1/2 push ups on her knees. Did awesome on the pull ups and push ups!
    Kim- 223 large/med band pull ups, push ups on her knees. Awesome job on the push ups you both need to go to your toes ;-)
    Chelle- my PR was 332, this time I got 270. I was really weak on the pull ups and Kim was making me laugh :-) Last time I did the push ups on my knees (after shoulder injury) this time on my toes and I got 4 more reps than last time. Last time I got 109 sit ups and only 77 this time that is why I think we missed a round.
