Cindy (modified)

We did 20 minute AMRAP as follows:


5 pullups
10 pushups
15 situps

  1. LA did big and med band, she said next time she could go down to the big band only. Push ups on her knees. She got 10 rounds + pull ups and 5 push ups.

  2. Normally this is supposed to be 15 squats instead of situps but my legs were too sore.. round 3 I scaled pushups to 7 because I my shoulder has been bothering me, I got 11 rounds + 3 pullups. Need to work on my pull ups!!

    Jennifer - did big/med band, push ups knees 10 rounds + 5 pull ups, 1 push up
    Kim- med/small band, push ups on knees 10 rounds + pull, 5 push

  4. Allison and I did Hansen yesterday, ugh. Allison just missed her PR, I believe her time was 30:40, and she uses a 35 pound KB. I use a 30 pound kb (Chelle, its only because that's what we have to use:) but did get a PR at 31:14. That is a tough one, my shoulders are feeling it today.
