  5. Dawn and LA both talked about not being able to do 3 rope climbs each round because it is more than they have ever done but they both did all 15, I am so proud of you guys!!

  6. PR 22:11. WOW that is a big difference. Weather was nice so we were able to lunge outside of the gym.

    Tried for 3 good pull-ups, then 5 with band, then 10 good ring pulls. Super hard.

  8. 25:35! not sure how i beat my time...coming back from being out a while. squats instead of lunges..rope was really, really hard today!
