LA did big and med band, she said next time she could go down to the big band only. Push ups on her knees. She got 10 rounds + pull ups and 5 push ups.
Normally this is supposed to be 15 squats instead of situps but my legs were too sore.. round 3 I scaled pushups to 7 because I my shoulder has been bothering me, I got 11 rounds + 3 pullups. Need to work on my pull ups!!
Jennifer and Kim did Cindy today Rx'd (squats instead of sit ups) Jennifer - did big/med band, push ups knees 10 rounds + 5 pull ups, 1 push up Kim- med/small band, push ups on knees 10 rounds + pull, 5 push Great job!!
Allison and I did Hansen yesterday, ugh. Allison just missed her PR, I believe her time was 30:40, and she uses a 35 pound KB. I use a 30 pound kb (Chelle, its only because that's what we have to use:) but did get a PR at 31:14. That is a tough one, my shoulders are feeling it today.
