That was hard!! I was trying to do this fast because I didn't want to be last! (Timing wise) Got 30:37. 33 lb push press and 35 lb sumo. I think I need to add to the push press bar next time.
PR Ouch!!! 31:16. 45 lb sumo and PP and box jumps. My abs are so sore from Wed it was cool to see how almost all those moves from today work your abs and core. Happy birthday Dawn!!!
35:11 bike, squat press with (15 dumbells and then 12 and 8lb), 35 lb sumos for first round then 30lb, box jumps and then 33lb pp ( 5 45lb pp at the end). Shoulder is starting to feel less po'ed but weak.

32:58 45 lb push presses for 1st and final round. Subbed 33 lb bar for most of middle round. 😑 35 lb sumo Hard one for my birthday!!
