Sandbag  (w/o courtesy of Dawn):

4 rounds:
run 400m w/10lb ball
20 push ups w/10lb ball
30 lunges w/10lb ball
25 situps w/10lb ball

  1. LA - 29:53 - ring pulls(no pushups), 15 lb overhead squats (instead of lunges) and 25 ghd sit ups for me...this was hard and it was hot today!

  2. This WO was inspired by a Crossfit WO from Charlottesville Crossfit gym. The other one features a partner wo which I think would also be fun to try with a few more people. No sandbags so we improvised with weighted balls. I can show you the moves later. 29:07 for me this time!
