I have spoken to a few of you about how I have decided to change the way I eat and a lot of it has to do with some health issues that I am dealing with but also I needed to loose a few pounds and I wanted to feel better.  I am not following the eating plan 100% because I am not about to give up my glass of wine but I am about 97%. I have experienced a huge difference in how I feel, I don't get that sluggish tired feeling in the afternoon, I am feeling strong during my workouts, sleeping great and I have lost the weight I wanted to loose (getting back to what I am use to weighing)

Craig and I have listened to several people talk about how they have been cured from many diseases by just changing the way they ate.

  1. Hi Chelle, Although this is interesting and definitely has me thinking, I do not think I can commit to this program at this time. I do feel amazing already and do need to loose some weight, but my numbers are good. Good luck!!
