This was kind of fun ;-)
You had to move 350 pounds 50 yards and back again- total of 100 yards
We picked up the weight at the edge of the garage and carried what we could to Cook street, dropped the weight and ran to the 400m mark, turned around picked the weight back up and carried it back to the garage. Each time you grabbed weight you wanted to pick up as much as you could so you would accumulate the 350 pounds as quickly as possible. We carried kettle bells, dumbells, wore the weight vest and carried weight, bars with plates, plates, etc.

  1. Chelle- 17:50 ended up carrying 370. Took 5 rounds to accumulate the 370 pounds. 70, 70, 65, 80, 85

  2. LA - 24:00 ?? not sure - 6 rounds to 355. 50, 60, 80, 80, 70, 15! That was a good one!

    I think it would be fun to add sit-ups in there somewhere! I loved that one. Good cardio and felt like the military or something!

  5. 21:24 Dawn requested "moving weight" the other day so I thought it would be a perfect one to ease back in and it was! Dawn mentioned last time we should move 450 lbs so her and I did. Jennifer and Beth did 350lbs (great job girls!) It took me 6 rounds, I didn't use the weight vest every round but I think I could have done it in less if I would have. Great day for this not too cold and no ice/snow on the sidewalk.
