  2. 33:00 - ran 800 1st round, ran 400 and rowed 400 2nd. 15lb ohs - pull ups instead of wall balls - 150 singles - 25lb sumos - was a hard one especially on my knee!

  3. 31:00 or 31:30. Not sure. Started with rows. All 800m row. 45 lb sumos ouch. Not sure how much OHS. Did at least 20 DUs!! Yay. Substituted singles. Nice pull ups LA!!

  4. Beth 33:05 - Rowed 800 instead of run, 25 chin-ups (15lbs.), 50 step-ups (instead of box jumps), 150 single jump rope, 25 squats bar above head (no weight yet), 25 wall balls (6lbs)
